We are now looking for a Head of Implementation and Consulting Sweden
Phoniros headquarter is in Halmstad on the Swedish west coast and the location for the role is in Halmstad or at our office in Norrköping or Stockholm. You will report to our Head of Customer Success Global in Norrköping.
We are looking for a person with experience in leading teams, lots of passion for project implementation and consulting, customer relations and our important mission. You will be responsible for an experienced group of Project Manager and Consultants. You will be responsible for all activities to reach Customer Success, including Project implementation to new customers or existing customers that expands with new modules, and consulting activities to existing customers.
To succeed in the role you have good social, communication and management skills. You are also good in understanding the needs of the customers and handle different situations where the responsible Project manager needs back-up in the dialog with the customer.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Lead and develop our successful Implementation and Consulting team in Sweden
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
- Follow up the team based on utilization, project profitability and project lead times
- Collaborate with our other teams within the company to make sure we achieve customer success.
In order to be successful we believe you have the following skills and experiences:
- Understanding of the care sector
- Experince from project management and implementation of software
- Interest in technology and innovative Products
- Self motivated
- Passion for customers and achieveing targets
- Ability to teamwork in an distributed work environement
- Management experience
- Fluent Swedish and English, strong MS Office skills, driving license
