What you would do as our UX Designer: 

As our new UX colleague, you will work closely with product management and development teams, all striving to make our solutions so seamless that they are barely noticed. Our users love working with people, and our mission is to ensure that technology simply works. 

You would also: 

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences. 
  • Develop user stories, information architecture, and design elements (interaction, graphics, and copy) with clear deliverables and design rationale. 
  • Generate and assess multiple design concepts in collaboration with users and stakeholders. 
  • Evaluate product usability to ensure a seamless user experience. 
  • Lead strategic initiatives, driving design thinking for user-centered development and maintaining an updated Figma design system while adhering to WCAG standards. 

The skills and experience you need 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • possesses experience in user-centered design, demonstrating understanding of associated methods, theories, and principles 
  • has a University or college degree 
  • can cater to a diverse user base, primarily in Sweden and other global markets
  • is a Swedish speaker
  • is proficient in both spoken and written English and can contribute to a global organization with English as the corporate language

Creativity is their hallmark, as they consistently innovate and think outside the box for unique solutions.
